Job Description:

A well-established and growing early childhood education center in Bucks County is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated School Director to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to building a nurturing, high-quality learning environment that supports both children and staff. As School Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, maintaining enrollment targets, fostering strong family relationships, and cultivating a positive and professional school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and oversight of all school operations Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members Ensure adherence to all state and local licensing requirements Maintain strong relationships with families, addressing concerns and supporting child development goals Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure engaging and age-appropriate educational programming Manage budgets, payroll, and enrollment records Lead and inspire a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence Monitor and promote high standards for health, safety, and cleanliness

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education leadership or administrative role Strong understanding of PA DHS licensing regulations and Keystone STARS standards Demonstrated ability to lead and support a diverse team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with enrollment management and family engagement Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment with grace and professionalism Proficient with administrative software and tools (Procare, Brightwheel, or similar systems a plus) Why Join Us?
