• (253114) Provides leadership to, strategic decision-making for, and management of an efficient operation of a healthy, nurturing early childhood educational setting for children ranging from infant to kindergarten, under the guidelines of NAEYC and all state and federal regulatory agencies.

Aligns Child Care business practices with corporate sponsor. Mastery of area of expertise coupled with advanced management skills, applied to achieve objectives. Knowledge in multiple disciplines or functions necessary for regulatory compliance; decision-making within a complex environment; direct and indirect supervision; handling multiple demands with limited resources and competing agendas; functional coordination and/or integration, budget/expense management and control; resource management and allocation; strategy development and/or implementation to promote educational excellence; short-term and long-term planning for sustainability; communication and interpersonal effectiveness; ability to lead, manage and/or work in cross-functional teams.

Education Masters Degree :

in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field (Required) Experience 10 Years experience in early childhood education (Required) 5 Years experience in administrating a child care facility (Required) License/Certifications PFA_CPR

• Pediatric First Aid CPR (Required) CPR
