Director of Child Care Center Klever Kids Academy Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to early childhood education, and the ability to foster relationships with families and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the center operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of care and education. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. Develop and implement educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children. Hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Establish positive relationships with parents and families, providing regular communication regarding their child’s progress and development. Manage budgets, resources, and supplies effectively to ensure the center’s sustainability. Conduct regular assessments of programs and staff performance to ensure quality standards are met. Organize community outreach activities to promote the center’s mission and engage with local families. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. Experience in higher education teaching or education administration is highly desirable. Proven experience working with students or children in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff, parents, and community members.
