Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teachers and support staffFoster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvementConduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and technical assistanceEnsure delivery of developmentally appropriate, engaging curriculum that aligns with best practices in earlychildhood educationMonitor classroom practices and learning outcomesImplement programs to support families and work-life balanceHandle inquiries, tours, family concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with McLeod Health to align services with strategic initiativesMaintain compliance with all health and safety regulatory standardsConduct regular audits, risk assessments, and staff training to ensure a safe environmentManage supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs including building, grounds, and vehiclesCreate and consistently update staffing schedule each monthOversee student field placement experience through local schools and collegesDevelop partnerships with community and state agenciesDevelop and manage center budget, payroll financial reportingMonitor enrollment projections and track and report key performance metrics to McLeod HealthOccasional evening or weekend hours may be required for events or emergencies
