Job Description
The preschool director of Christ Church Episcopal Preschool (CCEP) is responsible for the
strategic leadership of CCEP while ensuring the health, safety, and education of all children in
the school’s care. The preschool director is responsible for the overall management of CCEP and
is directly accountable for all local, state, and national accreditation standards, adherence with
the DSS licensure guidelines, and other leadership responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- serving as a point of contact between the church, CCEP staff, and families
- recruiting and hiring qualified staff (in coordination with the Assistant Director)
- providing strategic plans and goals
- setting the overarching curriculum
- setting the annual budget (by working in coordination with the Business Office)
