This role includes supervising staff, maintaining compliance with all licensing regulations, coordinating with parents, and supporting curriculum development. Duties Supervise daycare staff including teachers, assistants, and support personnel Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in care Monitor classroom activities and provide guidance on curriculum implementation Maintain staff schedules and ratios in accordance with state regulations Handle enrollment, tours, and parent communications professionally Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all daycare areas Assist with budget management and ordering supplies Conduct regular staff meetings and training Maintain accurate records (attendance, incident reports, staff files, etc.) Stay current on childcare best practices, state licensing requirements, and staff certifications Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in early childhood setting; significant curriculum development.
