Afternoon Daycare Teacher Central Kids Daycare 17395 State Highway 104, Robertsdale, AL 36567 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children through age-appropriate activities and individualized attention. Your expertise in caregiving and education will help foster a love for learning in our little ones. Responsibilities Supervise and interact with children throughout the afternoon, ensuring their safety and well-being. Facilitate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Provide care for toddlers, including diaper changes, feeding, and play time supervision. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Previous experience in daycare, babysitting, or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
