Childcare Provider Eastern Shore Kids Kastle, Inc 10291 County Road 48, Fairhope, AL 36532 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development. The Childcare Provider will work closely with parents to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene. Foster a positive environment by encouraging social interaction and behavior management among children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and childhood development. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all health protocols are followed. Experience Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques. Experience in toddler care, infant care, or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support children’s emotional well-being. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
