The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning, creativity, and social skills among preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all children. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children’s behavior positively. Monitor and assess each child’s progress in various developmental areas, including language, motor skills, and social interactions. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood education. Qualifications Experience in preschool education or related fields such as nannying or daycare is preferred.
