Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Infant Teacher , you will play a crucial role in the early development and education of young children. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in early childhood education or related field
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
• Experience in behavior management techniques
• Ability to provide individualized instruction and tutoring when necessary
• Knowledge of infant care best practices
