• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team as a lead 2-year-old teacher.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childhood development. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and nurturing young minds. Contract is for August through May. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30-1:00. Extra hours available, as well as the option to work Monday through Friday.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum guidelines
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
• Utilize early intervention strategies to support students’ individual needs
• Incorporate special education techniques for students with diverse learning requirements
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using proven behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress
• Organize and supervise activities that promote physical education and social development
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

• Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred
• Proven experience in teaching preschool or elementary school students
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles
• Proficiency in creating and executing effective lesson plans

• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
• Skilled in behavior management techniques
