The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have experience in childcare settings. As a Nursery Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the developmental needs of children from infancy through preschool age. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment. Monitor children’s behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily activities. Assist in the development of individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
