The teacher should implement a curriculum that will foster a love for learning while promoting essential skills in overall childhood development. Duties Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Observe and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities. Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies. Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods, including hands-on activities and play-based learning.
