Assistant Childcare Director Confidential Florence, AL 35630 About us We are professional, engaging and inclusive. Background check required. We are seeking an Assistant Child Care Director who is compassionate and understanding, with a background in early childhood development and child care. A successful candidate will hold a degree from an accredited college or university, and should be passionate about working with children and their development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a curriculum. Plan and implement activities. Supervise and work with staff. Communicate with parents of children and families to answer questions, resolve concerns, and establish goals. Manage the day-to-day operations of the center. Assess needs of children and staff to develop procedures, activities, and games that meet the needs of all individuals in the center. Create policies and procedures for child care centers.
