Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all children. Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met. Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective classroom management strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for students. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a safe learning environment. Requirements Proven experience in childcare or related fields such as nannying or working with individuals with disabilities. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Knowledge of infant care practices is a plus.
