Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a nurturing manner, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment conducive to learning and play. Assist with routines including feeding and diapering as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive, safe atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in daycare settings, babysitting, or classroom environments is preferred. Familiarity with infant care practices and early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is required.
