Preschool Teacher Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children during their formative years. Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop.
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and learning styles.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and cooperation among students.

Experience:

• Previous experience in tutoring, early childhood education, or childhood development is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and principles.
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in a private school or special education environment.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with young children.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Organizational skills to plan lessons effectively and manage classroom activities.
• Creativity in designing engaging learning experiences for preschool-aged children.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pastoral recommendation
