The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. This role involves working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being while promoting positive learning experiences. Duties Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning. Provide high-quality care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children’s behavior in a positive manner. Foster an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Conduct regular assessments of children’s development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with infant care practices and toddler care techniques. Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff.
