The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children in your care. Educate children through play-based learning, encouraging curiosity and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies. Provide specialized support for children with disabilities or special education needs, ensuring an inclusive environment. Oversee infant care routines, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
