The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning. Provide individualized attention to students, including those with disabilities or special needs. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience. Qualifications Experience in toddler care or preschool education is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging learning environment. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children’s individual needs. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. A background in early childhood education or related field is desirable. Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
