The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced child care environment. This role involves creating a nurturing environment for the children, communicating with Parents and Teachers regularly, and keeping a clean and organized classroom. The Daycare Teacher will work closely with young children to provide age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning. Duties Follow a weekly lesson plan and provide their children with learning and development opportunities. Caring for children and keeping up with the needs of the classroom. Engage with children in various activities to help with age-appropriate development. Monitor children’s behavior and log activities throughout the day for parents and other teachers. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Provide care for children with special needs or disabilities as required. Experience Experience working in a licensed Daycare facility. Familiarity with implementing and following a weekly lesson plan. Certification in First Aid and CPR is beneficial. Previous experience caring for children under 4.
