This role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. The Daycare Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure a safe and enriching experience for all children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive environment for all students. Supervise children’s activities, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster strong relationships with children, encouraging their social interactions and emotional growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences: Strong background in early childhood education or related fields. Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare or nannying. Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of first aid practices is preferred. Experience working with students who have special educational needs is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
