The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and individualized care. This role requires a strong commitment to child development, safety, and the well-being of each child in our care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and growth. Provide high-quality infant care, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of children are met. Facilitate activities that encourage social interaction, creativity, and cognitive skills. Manage behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to guide children’s actions. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children’s progress and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Document children’s progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications Experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education principles and experience working with students with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery. A nurturing demeanor with a passion for educating young children. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Relevant educational background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is advantageous.
