Floater Teacher Nazarene Early Learning Center 400 14th Ave W, Jasper, AL 35501 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various capacities and possess a strong understanding of child welfare and development. This role requires creativity, patience, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment. Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support child welfare and development. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Provide care for babies, toddlers or preschool-aged children when necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being.
