The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development in a safe, engaging, Christ-centered environment. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families. We are hiring for both the position of a classroom teacher and a full time floater. This position also requires following DHS Minimum Licensing Guidelines. We are looking for dependable employees with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our team! Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children in care at all times.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Collaborate with parents to discuss children’s progress and address any concerns regarding their welfare.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children.
• Assist in curriculum development tailored to the needs of each child, including those in preschool or daycare settings.
• Foster a love for learning through engaging learning activities. Skills
• Experience working with students in various settings, including public and private schools and daycare facilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices to ensure the well-being of all children in care.
• Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Ability to work with others as a team to reach a common goal.
