The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality education and care for infants, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey. Duties Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized attention to children, catering to their unique needs Foster social skills through group activities, play, and structured learning experiences. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom. Requirements Previous experience in daycare, or a related field is preferred Experience in infant care is beneficial. Ability to educate young children through creative play and structured activities. Background in nannying or babysitting can be advantageous. A genuine love for working with children and fostering their growth is essential. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are preferred but not mandatory.
