Child Care Co-Lead:

Providing care for children, such as feeding, changing diapers, and cleaning rooms and toys. Collaborating with the classroom co-lead to reach the educational goals and objectives for the classroom. Ensuring children are learning positive behaviors and providing guidance or approved discipline, as needed. Keeping records relating to childcare. Working with parents to help children progress towards educational and behavioral goals. Create and maintain a fun, nurturing environment for all children enrolled in our facility

Requirements Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be comfortable working with infants Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Decisiveness, patience, and stamina to chase after, lift, or carry children. Ability to pass a background check & physical exam. Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of stages of childhood development. Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children. Nice To Haves CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus!
