As a Teacher at KLA , you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop important skills. The Teacher should possess high energy and the ability to handle the demands of children with different personalities and needs. Duties Provide for the children?s basic needs Guiding children through education/development programs Greet and dismiss parents, children and guardians in an enthusiastic professional manner each day Maintains happy, sanitary relaxed environment followed by daily procedures and flow Thinking on your feet and responding to child’s needs efficiently Calm and patient personality with a loving approach to every child Contributing positivity behavior and social interactions with children Keep daily communication records of children’s daily routine Daily communication with parents and guardians Develop and implement age-appropriate projections Provide individualized attention and support to each child Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Encouraging the exploration of interests and developmental social skills
