Toddler Teacher Twin Lake Children’s Center, Inc 5 Ardsley Avenue, Northford, CT 06472 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Your expertise in childhood development will help shape the foundation for their future learning experiences. Responsibilities Educate and engage children through interactive activities, play-based learning, and hands-on experiences. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a safe learning environment. Qualifications Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles. Skills in toddler care, caregiving, and behavior management are beneficial. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
