The teacher also develops a partnership with each child’s parents or caregiver so that the best interest of each child is attained. The classroom teacher is also responsible for assuring compliance with all specifics outlined in the St. John Preschool Employee Handbook. All employees must believe in and act in accordance with the mission statement and philosophy of St. John Preschool.
