The Ideal Assistant Teacher Candidate:

Minimum Requirement:

ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

This teacher candidate should have experience working with young children. Some Montessori knowledge. We follow the Montessori philosophy of individualizing teaching according to each child’s developmental level.
