Do you have:
Completed DCF 45 hour training. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. An unrelated bachelor’s degree is great too! Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning environment. A genuine passion for facilitating engaging learning experience, with the genuine ability to connect with children. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and students. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
