Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Observe and monitor children’s behavior, identifying any developmental or behavioral concerns
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and other daily care routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility “`

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschool-aged children
