Child Development Associate Certification Full Job Description Day Care Teacher Company Overview:

New Beginnings Child Care Center is a provider of childcare services dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment. We pride ourselves on delivering whole child care and educational programs that support the needs of families in the community.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced, licensed Teacher to assist with the day-to-day operations of New Beginnings.

Salary:

$13 -16 hr

Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership to create a welcoming and stimulating environment conducive to the holistic development of children. Implement our high-quality educational programs that promote whole child concepts, e.g. cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their children’s needs and concerns effectively, and encouraging engagement in their child’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

Certified licensing by the state of Florida in Early Childhood Education. Must have CDA and First Aid certifications Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a daycare or early childhood education setting. Strong understanding of child development principles, curriculum design, and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
