Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of preschool children. Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the school. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Requirements Experience working with students in a daycare or private school setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of childcare principles, including toddler care and behavior management strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in curriculum development that aligns with early childhood education standards. A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth.
