What You’ll Do:
Create engaging, structured lessons using evidence-based strategies Collaborate daily with RBTs to manage classroom behavior and tailor instruction Monitor academic progress and share updates with the Academic Director Connect with families through regular updates, conferences, and meetings Maintain a clean, safe, and positive classroom environment Support school-wide events, open houses, and trainings Stay sharp—earn 12 CEUs annually as part of our continuing education plan Always keep student safety and well-being top of mind
