The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with children aged 1-4 years, implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth. You will be working with children of the staff members. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children in the classroom. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child welfare and development. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among toddlers. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and learning. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in daycare settings or toddler care is highly desirable. Knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies is an advantage. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development.
