Lead Teacher and Morning Opener Kid’s Kingdom Child Care Center & Agape Generation Academy 178 North Powerline Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 We’re Hiring! Join Our Team at Kid’s Kingdom Child Care Center We are looking for dependable, caring, and motivated individuals to join our growing team! These are permanent positions, not temporary. Only candidates who meet all listed requirements should apply. Position 1:

Opener Schedule:

(Year-Round) Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 12:00

PM Responsibilities:

• Open the center promptly each morning.
• Turn on lights, air conditioning, and prepare the facility before student arrival.
• Assist with breakfast and lunch prep.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Be a reliable, punctual team player who supports the flow of the day.

Requirements:

• Must be on time every day and have reliable transportation.
• Experience with child care is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently.
• Pass a Level 2 background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• DCF 45 Hours preferred – or must be willing to complete within 1 year of employment.
• CDA/FCCPC or higher education in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred – or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Position 2: Toddler Teacher (Ages 1-2)

Schedule:

(Year-Round) Full-Time | Monday – Friday We are looking for a loving, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood development and understands the unique needs of 1- and 2-year-olds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Implement daily routines including circle time, play-based learning, and diapering.
• Encourage early language, social, and motor skill development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Use positive discipline and redirection techniques.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• DCF 45-hour training
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care setting
• CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain.
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with young children.

Position 3: Preschool Teacher (3-Year-Old Classroom)

Schedule:

(Year-Round) Full-Time | Monday – Friday We are seeking a dedicated and creative Preschool Teacher to lead our 3-year-old classroom. If you love fostering independence, building early academic skills, and engaging young minds, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Plan and implement lessons using curriculum themes.
• Introduce early literacy, math, and social-emotional concepts.
• Guide children in routines, problem-solving, and self-regulation
• Conduct observations and assessments to track developmental progress.
• Maintain open communication with families.
• Supervise indoor/outdoor activities and ensure safety.
• Use positive discipline and redirection techniques.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• DCF 45-hour training (required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in a preschool classroom
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Must be warm, energetic, and organized.
