Preschool Lead Teacher (DCF 45 Hours Completed) Union School Christian Academy North Lauderdale, FL 33068 We’re Hiring a Rockstar Preschool Lead Teacher! Are you a confident, self-starting early childhood educator with a big personality and a passion for shaping young minds? Our fun, fast-paced preschool is looking for a lead teacher who’s not just great with kids, but also energetic, organized, and ready to take charge.

✅ Completed 45 DCF training hours ✅ Experience as a Lead Teacher or equivalent leadership in a childcare setting ✅ A strong, outgoing communicator — friendly, upbeat, and maybe even a little “mouthy” (in the best way!) ✅ A multi-tasking pro who thrives in a busy, creative classroom ✅ Someone who believes in teamwork, structure, and lots of fun

Your Role:
