Preschool Teacher Sunshine Learning Academy of Hollywood 6311 Johnson Street, Hollywood, FL 33024 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our private school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing Montessori principles, and developing engaging curriculum that promotes child welfare and academic growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the Montessori philosophy. Educate students in foundational subjects including Math, literacy, and social skills through interactive and hands-on activities. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development. Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations and standards to promote child welfare. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
