VPK Teacher Anderson Academy LLC Port Charlotte, FL 33948 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care, daycare, and childcare, and will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children through engaging lesson plans, fostering their development, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of preschool-aged children. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Provide individualized support and tutoring to children to enhance their understanding of various subjects. Monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary to meet diverse learning needs. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies within the classroom setting. Experience Previous experience in toddler care, daycare, or childcare settings is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and lesson planning is essential. Experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus.
