Our blended Montessori and Reggio Emilia curriculum provides a hands-on, creative learning environment where students thrive.
Responsibilities:
Foster a joyful and engaging classroom environment that supports each child’s individuality Implement a curriculum that meets children where they are while preparing them for elementary school. Work collaboratively with fellow educators and parents to ensure student success Maintain open and effective communication with families Attend team meetings, training sessions, and school events
Qualifications:
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child-centered learning Ability to support developmental milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Experience in early childhood education Strong interpersonal and communication skills
