Experience in the Childcare Industry 45 DCF hours, Associates, CDA, and/or Degree (in a child-related field is a plus). Responsibilities Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s development and daily activities. Maintain compliance with DCF regulations and uphold high standards of childcare. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
