Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30

PM Work Setting:

In-person Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily activities for a classroom of young children Follow a structured, developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily schedule Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment Support each child’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom and shared spaces Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team to deliver quality care and instruction Participate in meetings, trainings, and school functions as needed

Requirements:

A love for working with children and a team-first attitude Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (as required for childcare safety and handling) Reliable and committed to working a consistent full-time schedule Willingness to complete DCF 45 Hours (can be completed within 12 months of hire) Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Must meet local and state childcare regulatory requirements
