The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential life skills. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for fostering a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, motor skills, and social interaction. Supervise and engage with children during activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior. Provide individualized attention to children, including those with disabilities or special needs, to support their unique learning requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
