We are dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing environment. Summary We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Wellington Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their development and love for learning. This position is vital in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for children. Observe and assess children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programs offered at the academy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting. Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. First aid certification is a plus.
