- 3:00 Full time position Responsibilities and Duties Experience in planning daily activities and environment of the infant classroom.
Working in learning centers with age appropriate activities. Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children. Managing schedules of individual children (i.e, nap time, feeding time, diaper changes) Enjoy reading stories, singing songs, loving and creating a bond with the children and families. Observe each child to help them reach their milestones Prepare bottles and meals parents provide Serve as a bridge between home and early education Give parents valuable insights about their child’s growth and development Work as a team with all employees in the classroom Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards Take initiative while working in the classroom Qualifications and Experience 45 hours of Mandated Classes completed (required) CDA or Associate’s Degree completed (recommended) Must be able to pass a complete background check Physically capable of lifting, balancing, walking , stooping, standing and sitting on the floor Proficient in English Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic computer skills, (send emails, google docs) Basic technological skills 2 years working with young children in a childcare setting CPR and First Aid a plus
