The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves engaging with students through play-based learning, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom activities to ensure a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development. Provide physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschoolers. Oversee behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among students. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Document student progress and communicate findings with parents during conferences. Experience Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging learning environment. Experience in behavior management techniques tailored for young children. Background in physical education or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with toddler care practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families.
