Preschool Teacher Baby Fox Academy of Florida 7041 Professional Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34240 Baby Fox Academy is looking for an AWESOME Preschool Teacher for our Lakewood Ranch three-year-old classroom! We specialize in play-based, developmentally appropriate learning. Our kiddos spend the day playing and having fun. We look for:

• Experience working in a preschool environment (REQUIRED)
• CDA/FCCPC and/or degree in ECE or related field AND Staff Credential (Preferred)
• 45 hours of Early Childhood Training (REQUIRED)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• High School Diploma/GED (REQUIRED)
• Must pass a background check (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Create & implement lesson plans, with co-teacher, that align with the curriculum, educational goals and developmental milestones for preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share student progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
