Assistant Director of Early Childhood Education Program Kid’s Corner Child Development Center 3275 NW 84th Avenue, Doral, FL 33122 Job Summary The Preschool Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. This role involves managing staff, developing educational programs, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. The Preschool Director will also engage with parents and the community to promote the preschool’s mission and values. Duties Lead the development and implementation of age-appropriate educational programs that align with state standards. Manage the preschool budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-quality teaching team. Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for children. Collaborate with parents and families to support children’s development and address any concerns or feedback.
